The 21st Jamboree to be hosted in Britain in 2007, will join young people around the world. 40,000 Scouts for twelve days (participants and staff of international service) will share adventure, international friendship and personal growth. This Jamboree is special because it will take place in 2007, the centenary year of Scouting: For this reason, the World Scout Committee has decided to increase the total number of participants to 40,000. But this Jamboree is especially important because its subject has global significance for millions of Scouts and millions of people, young and old. For the 40,000 Scouts attending the Jamboree will be an experience that will change their lives.
